About Me: Fitness and leading an active lifestyle have always been a passion in my life. This love started with being a member of a Ballet Company in New York as well as studying other forms of dance. I have enjoyed competitive sports and have participated in swimming and track and field. I love the outdoors and recreational fitness activities like hiking, biking, and boating.
In recent years I have expanded my knowledge of fitness to include: Weight and Circuit Training, TRX, Bootcamp, Dance/Zumba, Yoga/Pilates, Water Fitness, and Nutrition. By integrating fitness techniques with a healthy nutrition plan I am able to develop Personalized Fitness Programs that are safe and effective with positive results.
Professionally I hold a business degree with a background in business management. As a personal trainer I have the opportunity to combine my fitness and business skills to offer professional level training services.
